Happy Antique Hunting in Patchogue!
Let’s face it, moving into a new luxurious apartment is a life changing experience, it actually feels kind of epic. Why? Because a new apartment is usually synonymous with a new beginning, and a new beginning usually requires some redecorating. Now, New Village is a pretty hooked up space. It features a gorgeous pool, plenty of social recreation areas and a fitness center; so when it comes to apartment decorating, most residents can skip a home fitness center, unless of course they are plagued by some type of public workout phobia, and shelling out bucks for a super swanky kitchen is pretty much unnecessary.
That said, there are plenty of other ways to get the most of your new space, decor-wise. If minimalist chic is your style, then the local IKEA just might be the place for you. Cheap but still fairly cool, New Village residents can pick up some awesome items there. However, please take note that the closest super IKEA is in Hicksville, so it is a bit of a drive.
Alternatively, those who prefer one-of-a-kind items should check out Remember Yesteryears, an interesting antique store that has some rather unique items. And since it’s located right in the heart of Patchogue, browsing this place is simply a breeze! Something like an antique gold fish bowl with a vintage flare can appeal to an attentive collector, after all, it does make for a nice showcase piece. Or perhaps a rustic Victor Victrola that also contains a space for storing vinyl records can really enhance a luxurious space.
Yet, for those who prefer to shop from home, Tias.com, an online shop affiliated with Remember Yesteryears, can offer a few interesting choices for decorating your new home. Regardless of what your preference is, you can find what you’re looking for in Patchogue! Happy hunting everybody!
