It’s time for Oktoberfest! Although you may have thought the
German holiday is celebrated October given the name, it’s actually celebrated
in late September. If you can’t make to Munich for the German celebration,
there are plenty events happening in the Patchogue area! Check out the list of

Rudi’s Oktoberfest Mug Holding Contest – Get ready to
celebrate Oktoberfest at Rudi’s this Saturday, September 22nd!
They’ll be plenty of Hofbrau brew on tap for those who want to partake in the
contest and for those who want to watch contest unfold. The winner of the
contest will receive a custom engraved beer stein made in Germany, a case of
Hofbrau Oktoberfest and a $25 Rudi’s gift card.
Brick House Oktoberfest – You can celebrate Oktoberfest
throughout the month of September at Brick House with Briktoberfest beer and
Vienna lager now on tap. For a special event, stop in on September 25th
for a beer dinner and tasting. Taste 14 different beers while enjoying
delicious German cuisine like baked Reuben-style strudel in phyllo, sauerbraten

Oktoberfest at The Moriches Rotary Club- At the Moriches
Rotary Club Oktoberfest celebration, you can have a good time while benefiting
a good cause! The 10th Annual Oktoberfest festival will feature
traditional German music, food and of course, beer! The celebration will take place September 28th
– 30th at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck and all proceeds from the event will
benefit this summer camp fir children for disabilities.
