What’s Happening near Patchogue This November

Although the weather may be cooling down, there are still plenty of events and activities taking place in the local Patchogue area to get involved in! Check out some of the events taking place near the New Village below.

Autumn Art and Craft Festival – Get your holiday shopping in early, and attend the Autumn Art and Craft Festival hosted at Stony Brook University on November 11-12 from 10am – 5pm. If you love giving your friends unique gifts, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to browse hundreds of handcrafted home decorations, jewelry items, clothing, and much more.

‘Fish and Sips” Harvest Celebration – If you’re a fan of Long Island’s wines, you won’t want to miss the Long Island Aquarium’s “Fish and Sips” event – a special tasting party of local wine and cuisine. Taking place on Friday, November 17th from 7- 10:30pm, enjoy wine and craft beverage samples, passed hors d’oeuvres, and live music - all while exploring the various exhibits at the aquarium. Tickets are $49.95 per person and reservations are required.

North Fork Craft Spirits Tour – The North Fork has a lot more to offer than just wine! Check out the up and coming craft distilleries featured across towns along the North Fork of the Island. Take a trip out east for your own DIY tour where you can sample potato vodka, rye, and Pine Barrens single malt whiskey and gin at Long Island Spirits. You can also pay a visit to Twin Still Moonshine, a distillery that uses copper stills to brew liquers infused with flavors like apple pie, honey, and coffee.
