With Father’s Day quickly approaching, it’s the perfect time
to give some thought to how you’ll be celebrating Dad on this special day. If
your father is near, there are plenty of events happening in the greater Patchogue
area to enjoy together. And even if he’s not close to New Village, we have some

Fishing Trip- Does your Dad like to spend time out on the
water? If so, consider taking him out on a fishing party boat this Father’s
Day. Travel 15 minutes west to Captree State Park to take the Island Princess
Fishing Boat out for a Fluke fishing trip (with 7am and 12pm departing options)
or a Striped Bass and Blue Fish fishing trip (which departs at 6pm). It’s

boat.
Karts Indoor Raceway- Bring your Dad back to his younger

Raceway, located in Lake Ronkonkoma, to spend some time zipping around on the
track. Races are $13 each, or you can purchase a five-race multipack for $55 a
person. Afterwards, enjoy a burger, fries, and games at the Café Arcade.
