Patchogue Drinks Beer at Hoptron!

Located near your New Village home, Hoptron Brewtique, it’s a favorite among Long Island locals for its commitment to local brews and their goal to embrace the culture of beer in America with an emphasis on support craft beer.

According to the their website, it caters to two different types of people - “the already initiated microbrew consumers, or the ‘beer geeks’ and the larger, uninitiated non-craft brew consumers – drinkers of microbrews and non-beer drinkers”. That’s a philosophy we can get behind, whether you’re a novice or an expert, there is always something for everyone to enjoy.

There are 16 taps of craft beer as well as different bottled beers to boot, and since Hoptron Brewtique is devoted to using only the freshest ingredients (which are often organic), the products are usually top notch! Just bring by your growler and fill it up with what ever floats your, eh, beer-boat.

More so, home brewers are always welcome at Hoptrons. As the hosts of Long Island’s various beer events such as home brewers contests, brewing clinics and beer club meetings, the Brewtique is really a niche community for all types of beer fans. Now that’s pretty awesome!

  1. Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I am one of the owners of Hoptron Brewtique. We are not an actual brewery; however, we offer the best of American craft beers, much of which focus on Long Island's best selections. We do have 16 taps of craft offerings, and we also are a home-brew shop and bottle shop, but we do not make or sell our own beer. Thanks for the interest in our place!
