Pumpkin Picking Around Patchogue

The beautiful fall foliage is starting to fall from the trees, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to go out and get your favorite fall décor and treats from around the local Patchogue area. Pumpkin picking season is in full swing and with an abundance of options to choose from around Patchogue, New Village residents don’t have to worry about missing out!

Whether for decoration on your table top, a welcoming display walking through the door, or just to get into the spirit of the season on Halloween night, pumpkins of all shapes and sizes can be found to perfectly compliment your front door at New Village! These local patches are great options and not too far away from us.

Elwood Pumpkin Farm:  This farm is a little further from us here in Patchogue, but with their specialty being pumpkins it’s worth the trip! They are open for pumpkin picking throughout the month of October weekdays 3-5pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-5pm.

Stakey’s Pumpkin Farm: Just over a half hour away from Patchogue, Stakey’s pumpkin patch has lots to offer for your fall needs! Open weekdays noon-5pm and Weekends 9am-5pm there is plenty of time to go pick those pumpkins before the month ends!

Harbes Family Farm: Only a half hour from Patchogue, Harbes Family farm is a local favorite for all your fall activities. As we move from apple to pumpkin season you can visit through the end of the month any weekday  9am-6pm. Saturday’s and Sunday’s pumpkin picking will be available to visitors from 9am-6pm as well and hayrides will also be happening all day. There are also many other fun activities you can take part in if you visit this month.
