Picturing Patchogue: KLD Photography

Now more than ever, photographs are the medium in which we commemorate our events and history. A camera lens is the unbiased window through which we remember, capturing birthdays, family, births, deaths, hopes and dreams. And no one is able to distill the photographic life of Patchogue, Long Island like KLD Photography on Main Street.

Perusing through their photos, you can see the effortless variety of the work, mothers and daughters, still shots of TV shows being filmed, even firefighters rigorously at work.

KLD was recently nominated for the 2014 Best of Long Island, Best Photography Studio award, and it was much deserved as the company specializes in everything from portraits, (individual and headshots), fine art and multimedia. The pristine backdrop of the Patchogue Bay frames many of their delicate portraits. Lead Photographer/Director, Krystle L. DiNicola, works to ensure that every client gets the photographer that is totally compatible for their needs.

The company also covers an array of events, including weddings, city and corporate functions. Much of KLD’s work is permanently housed in several local institutions like the Cradle of Aviation Museum, “Faces of Long Island,” and Roast Coffee and Tea Trading Company. KLD also has several commercial clients including the Village of Patchogue, Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and GEM magazine. From web design, to social media, KLD will also help person or business with their marketing services. The office of KLD Photography is open five days a week but sessions are available every day.

KLD Photography is located at 631-606-0142, Patchogue.
