It’s the first week of May so you know what that
means! Cinco de Mayo is almost upon us! With the Mexican holiday falling on a
Saturday this year, you know there will be plenty of events taking place in the
local Patchogue area. Get ready to fiesta with margaritas, Coronas, and of
course tacos at some of the activities featured near The New Village below.
Del Fuego- Stop by Del Fuego’s in Patchogue for
great deals on Mexican drinks and brews. For Cinco de Mayo, the
restaurant will be featuring their Flight Fridays deal, which includes a $20
tequila flight menu. There will be a DJ playing festive music, as well as half
priced house margaritas, half priced select beers, wine and $2 off
their Most Wanted cocktails.
The Village Idiot – Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a
day drink party at The Village Idiot, which is offering food and drink specials
all day and night! Enjoy $4 Coronas and Dos Equis, $3 Pintts of Modelo, and
2-Fers on Margaritas! Live DJ music will be played all night to keep the fiesta
going.
On the Border- Check out On the Border
in Holtsville for great food and drink specials on May 5th. The
restaurant will be featuring $5 Cinco’ Ritas, $10
Top Shelf Ritas, and shot specials exclusively
for Cinco de Mayo. If you stop by from 3pm-7pm you can also enjoy
regular happy hour deals, including $2 cups of guacamole and empanadas, $3 mini
tacos, $4 cantina nachos, and beers starting at $2.
