Not only is driving dangerous but having your car parked outside on the street can be dangerous with with snow plows clearing the streets. Here at New Village of Patchogue we have underground parking garage for our residents, making it easy to keep your car safe and clean during bad weather!
If you find yourself stuck here at New Village during a storm, make the most of it with our many amenities right within our community. If you don’t want to be cooped up in your apartment, come join the rest of your New Village residents for some fun! Last snowstorm our office was fully open and operational to assist all of our residents. Our snowstorm party was a hit with pancakes, croissants, fresh muffins and hot chocolate! Messy weather is the perfect time to join one of our snowstorm parties in the lobby and get to know your neighbors.
