Fall Festival in Patchogue

The annual Fall Festival is coming to Patchogue for the third year in a row! On Saturday October 17th, New Village residents can participate in all the fall fun with other local Patchogue and Long Island residents.  Starting at 12 pm the festival will last until 6 pm that evening.

This year there will be pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, pumpkin decorating and many more fun activities! Live music will play throughout the event and other vendors will be set up where you can shop around and grab some delicious food! At 2 pm there will be a costume parade for children under 12 in front of Capital One Plaza.

The Chile and Chowder Contest will be returning this year where you can walk around to all the different participating restaurants and vote on which chili and chowder recipe you think is best! It’s a fun tradition that is becoming a staple of Patchogue’s Fall Festival, so if you are a chili and chowder fanatic make sure to be a part of it. If you are looking for other fun food events, there is also corn roasting that will be happening all day!

This year there will be a fun new addition to Patchogue’s Fall Festival. The Pumpkin Beer Event will take place for the first time! From 1-4 pm on Main Street local Long Island breweries will be set up with all of their best pumpkin brews for participants to enjoy. There is a separate entrance fee in order to be admitted to this part of the festival- but it is well worth it!
